An Engineering Graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Uma Maheswar Rao has profound experience in the fields of Electrical Generation, Transmission and Distribution systems. His knowledge in testing and commissioning of electrical equipment is immense and involved in several hundreds of pre-commissioning testing of sub-station equipment from 33KV to 400KV, motors, and other electrical equipment over a period of 42 years. He joined Yathva as Director/Testing & Commissioning Services after retiring as Chief Engineer/APTRANSCO.

Ravi is a B.Tech graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNT University and Post Graduate(M.Tech) in Instrumentation and Control Systems from SV University, Tirupati. Has around 35 years of work experience in the fields of electrical engineering, instrumentation & Control Systems and Information Technology. Ravi served erstwhile APSEB for the first 16 years of his career, 13 years in IT and the rest dedicated to Yathva Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd. He has good experience in serving both domestic as well as international customers. Ravi is the Managing Director of the organization and takes care of customer services in the organization.

Chandrasekhar has more than 18+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing of software, electronics & electrical equipment. He worked with renowned organizations as Manger in Business Development & Key Account Management before joining Yathva Energy Solutions as Manager – Sales & Marketing. He has experience in initiating contacts with potential customers for developing leads, business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities. He also has very good experience in Identifying and networking with prospective clients to generate business from the existing accounts and achieve profitability and increased sales growth. Chandrasekhar graduated in Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University and Post Graduate degree (MBA) in HR & Finance from same university in the year 2005.

Srinadh started his career with Yathva Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd in the year 2013 and has been serving the organization continuously. He started his career as test engineer and has grown step by step to become Manager – Testing. Srinadh is adept in NABL Processes and played the roles of technical manager and quality manager. Srinadh graduated in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and Post graduate degree in Power Systems from the same university.

Rambabu has more than 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning of electrical equipment with a special focus on sub-station equipment up to 765kV. He worked with renowned organizations as test engineer, senior test engineer before joining Yathva Energy Solutions as Manager – Testing. He has experience in commissioning of more than 100 sub-stations of various voltage levels right from 33kV to 765kV. Rambabu got his B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in the year 2013.

CV Seshaiah, a retired Superintending Engineer in APTRANSCO, brings his 42 years of experience to Yathva Energy Solutions. He served erstwhile APSEB and APTRANSCO in the fields of Power generation, transmission and distribution. He has an in-depth knowledge regarding various electrical equipments that are used in power systems and manufactured by world renowned organizations like ABB, SIEMENS, Easun Reyrolle, Best and Crompton etc. He is the proponent of sub-station automation and has worked as consultant for APTRANSCO for the same. Seshaiah possesses a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Masters degree in Instrumentation & Control systems from the prestigious SV University. Seshaiah is assisting Yathva Energy Solutions in the capacity of Director/Technical Services
